Our programs run every term and start one week after the school holidays.
Building Awesome Whanau Course Positive – Practical – Fun
Every Tuesday 10am - 12pm Whether you are already a super parent or one who is struggling, ‘Building Awesome Whanau’ will give you lots of good ideas. Six weeks with a small group of other parents and a friendly facilitator. You watch short video clips (featuring Pio Terei and other parents) and then discuss how the ideas could work at your place.

Te Reo Maori Course
Every Thursday 10am – 12pm At the end of the course students wil be able to hold a conversation in Te Reo Maori. They will learn a karakia, waiata, himene, inoi, whakatauki and a mihi, some purakau, pakiwatara and hitori. Simple sentence construction in conversational Maori retelling events. Te Puna Waiora – Budget Assistance Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Financial Mentors are available by appointment. Money Mates Workshop Four sessions - every Friday 10am – 12pm We will talk about attitudes and behaviours around money and finances. Learn about interest rates on loans and savings and your rights as a consumer. This is an opportunity to examine choices, options and behaviours. |
